A spontaneously written chain story by several strangers can be an entertaining thing to watch unfold. With thanks to the ever-brilliant journalist David Corn for his tweet that alerted me to this, I offer you this gem from Twitter about a certain woman who has not been seen lately.
A Walmart truck wheezes to a stop at a Montana gas station. A tall female hitchhiker with a hasty pixie cut and Slovenian accent gets out and browses hats and sunglasses.

Gliding across the dingy floor with the grace of an exotic cat, she swept the poorly lit gas station with a heavy lidded gaze, dark and full of promise. " Where do you make the covfefe?"she purred.

At the checkout, the clerk studies her a moment and asks,"Aren't you...?" She holds her hand up before he can finish and says... "Be Best."

She adjusts her belt and climbs back into the rig. It's going to be a long night, the truck driver is wearing a MAGA hat and she hopes to make Saskatchewan by dawn. She hands him his covfefe "is good, strong" she thinks to herself, like Barack.
